Heather, the customer care person that I spoke with was amazing. She did not hang up with me until she spoke to a supervisor who could completely resolve the issue that I was experiencing. She was kind, courteous and a wonderful person to speak to during my dilemma. Heather’s, supervisor Tina was the same and I cannot tell you how much it meant that they both worked to resolve my issue !!! God Bless them both

I am tremendously thankful for the level of service provided by Cameron. He did everything he said he would or could. He was always available to me and the personalized service made me feel important and special. He deserves a raise or at least a job well done. Truly appreciate his dedication and look forward to continuing to work with him.

My experience with car buying with Summit Credit Union was the easiest, most stress free car buying experience I have ever had! I called to see if I could get pre-approved for a car loan and spoke with Melanie. She was VERY helpful! She did the application over the, called me when it was approved and asked me some questions about what I was looking for. She told me that Summit Works with Enterprise Car Sales and even looked up cars that I was interested in! She went above and beyond! I went to Enterprise and had a great experience there and got a car that I thought I wouldn’t be able to afford! The paperwork was seamless and I felt like Melanie really cared that I got the car I wanted for the price I needed!!! I can not say enough about how great working with Melanie and Summit Credit Union was!! I give them 100 ⭐️s!!!

Summit Credit Union had some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. My loan office Cameron was great. The process was easy and the online service was very convenient. I will definitely use them again!

My husband and I are delighted to share our experience with Melanie! She was very knowledgeable about the service options as she reviewed each one, answering our many questions as well as considering our concerns. She was very patient, and we felt that she had a genuine interest in helping us choose the best service that would not be detrimental to our finances. At no time during our conversation did we feel rushed or not heard. This was the best experience we've ever had in seeking advice and receiving support in making an important financial decision. I just went in to ask about my options on loans and we went ahead and put in the application. LaTonya was excellent. She was very encouraging about my credit progress. It was easy, and she was a pleasure to work with.

I reached out to Summit Credit union because the owner of our company praised them. I reached the call center to apply for an auto loan and Melanie reached out to me two days after I put my application in. Melanie has the best personality, professional demeanor, knowledge, and went above and beyond not explain the process, collect documents needed, and continued to be patient while we went back and forth with the dealership. I picked up my new car yesterday, and Melanie helped make it happen. My husband went to pick up the check at our local credit union and was also impressed by their staff. I will definitely be a long term member of Summit, and hate that I didn't listen to my boss 5 years ago. Thanks, Melanie (Sister hahahaha). Keep up the great work Melanie, and call center associates.
